Helen is an internationally known embodied awakening healer, facilitator and soul guide who has assisted Beings across the planet for twenty years. She weaves a Celtic lineage with the advanced light frequencies through Mount Shasta, to which she moved from her home country of Scotland.

As a healer and guide, Helen has a particular alignment with some of the highest levels of Cosmic and galactic frequencies, specifically of the Divine Feminine. Through her Presence, activations, light language, meditations and group sessions, these are transmitted and anchored. As a Multidimensional guide and Light server, she has the natural calling to facilitate at a Cosmic Level, yet deeply grounded in our life. Helen holds a Sacred space that is beyond form, calling in our multi-dimensional vastness and aspects and integrating Divine into all parts of our Being. She has studied, taught and remembered numerous healing modalities throughout this time and channels new light frequencies to support the evolution of consciousness on earth. Her approach is grounded in a simplicity, purity and gentleness that facilitates remarkable shifts, with a focus on deep embodiment of all parts of us. For a number of years, she was called to work and facilitate gatherings in some of the most significant power portals around the planet such as Giza, Mount Shasta, Hawaii, Southern France, Glastonbury.

The evolution of Mother energies across all levels are a core part of her path. She is a mother of five very different children; including one with very severe disabilities born when she was a teenager; one whose heart stopped at birth leaving an aftermath of effects, and one adopted through Divine guidance from Ethiopia. In 2018, she relocated from Scotland to Mount Shasta, with four of her five children. as part of her soul path to anchor a center of light in Southern California.
