Carly Vernon is a certified transformational health, life and Light coach.  A self-described somatic mechanical engineer & intuitive catalyst, Carly’s unique background uses the foundation of her tenacious technical studies in orthopedic massage therapy; joint & tissue structure, relation & movement; scar tissue; and breathing mechanics to name a few.

Along the way, her personal path has been rich in Eastern spiritual influences including a yoga practice which led to certifications. Next, Carly dove in the deep end of her spiritual healing with shamanic plant medicines & ceremonies.  She is guided by (among others) the Plant Kingdom & The Sacred 12, Cosmic Beings (who you may also know!)  that have greatly assisted her in this Ascension process.

These teachings weave the Spirit into and around all those technical spaces in the body giving her a unique perspective of healing…of breathing…of becoming Human. Like having looking glass with a user manual, if you will. The looking glass, she loves to share….
