Embodying the Present, Healing the Past!

We all carry stories of pain that keep us reacting to life in the same limiting ways. These stories are held in our physical and energetic bodies, and become activated by our triggers until we can let them go. Many of these stories are not conscious, and are stored in our genetic consciousness, as well as the energy we have brought from other lifetimes. We want to meet this energy, and untether ourselves from the pain and stories from the past! Listen in as Chris helps callers unwind past traumas, stories and energetic patterns through the body in the present moment. We spoke about the role of surrendering in healing, allowing divine grace to generate the movement of energy that has been frozen sometimes for lifetimes, and the liberation and freedom on the other side of that release!
