Helen is an embodied awakening guide, consciousness shifter, facilitator, healer, author and coach who has supported people like you across the planet for over twenty years. Helen recognizes you as a fellow wayshower – a strong and powerful soul who is living through the challenges of what it means to be awake and fully in a human body. These are her gifts – learned and remembered through her own deep life initiations –  in supporting our embodiment as multi-dimensional beings. We claim what it is to be a Cosmic Being, here in a human body for a moment; the profound challenges inherent in this journey and the incomparable joy of meeting these and ourSelves with greater and greater Grace.

She holds a Sacred space that is beyond form, calling in our multi-dimensional vastness and aspects and integrating the Divine into all parts of our Being, deeply grounded in our life.  Nothing is unwelcome. She supports remembrance of wholeness through all aspects of living awake and in body, as Love.

Helen learned and taught numerous healing modalities as part of her own journey to coming home to her own unique expression as a Cosmic evolutionary and guide, landing in her true place as a paradigm changer, messenger and wayshower. Many who experience Helen’s Presence and transmissions speak of a sense of “coming home”, to a place of boundless love and peace; to a much deeper meeting of One’s own Self. Her particular alignment is with some of the highest levels of Cosmic and galactic frequencies, specifically of the Divine Feminine. She transmits these new light frequencies with gentleness and power, to support the evolution of consciousness on earth and creation of new paradigms especially around mother energies and the feminine-masculine balance.
