The more we are consistent in our lives the faster we can evolve. So many of us are kind to the earth but extremely critical of ourselves, not realizing that they are one and the same! Because we want to be in celebration of the Earth, we need to learn to be in celebration of the miracle of our bodies, no matter how imperfect they may be. With this practice, you can switch off the critical voice and move into compassion and gratitude for the magnificent home you walk around in.
Practice Four – Swim in the Earth
This Infinity Wave practice explores the powerful spiritual realm of the Earth. Enlightenment is knowing the Divine we associate with “above” as well as the Divine found “below” in the planet itself. Indigenous people have known this for thousands of years but many of us have forgotten. Forgiveness lies at the heart of your energetic transformation and is a process that has multiple layers and levels, which are not always easy to gain access to without guidance. Complete forgiveness is a depthful journey towards a graceful and loving release of guilt, resentment and limitation that creates more room for joyful freedom. About Hope Fitzgerald
For much of her life, Hope Fitzgerald has been developing her access to Universal Wisdom. Since her awakening at Findhorn in 1976, she has explored many avenues of philosophy, esoterica and healing, which has led to a diversity of skills: as an Intuitive Dowser, she helps people transform their lives with her practical, spiritual coaching; as a channel, she accesses a variety of beings, including a group of elders called the Ahmmad who provide weekly meditations; and as a teacher and author, Hope has been spreading the message of the Infinity Wave, a 10th-dimensional energetic tool of Love and Compassion sent to us by a benevolent Universe for the tumultuous times that are upon us now. Hope originally received the Wave in 2010 in a series of prescient visions, which culminated into a watery, flowing figure “8”.
Hope then launched the Wave Energy Center for Conscious Evolution, dedicated to applying the Infinity Wave for the positive, expansive development of the individual, the community and the Earth. She has led many workshops and appeared on dozens of international shows and continues to fulfill her mission to encourage individual and planetary awakening around the globe.
